(Thanks again, Ampersand!) It's September 1966 or pretty close to that, as you see printed in the margin. There is a beehive hairdo. There is at least one skinny tie I can spot. And with a passel of dog show enthusiasts in the background, a white terrier-type canine stands at attention, in all its timeless white terrier-type glory.
